Super easy guacamole


  • 1 large very ripe avocado
  • 1 medium or 2 small ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 fresh birds eye chilli, fined chopped
  • freshly squeezed juice from ½ a lime
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Halve & de-stone the avocado, then scoop out the flesh from the peel with a spoon into a bowl. Cut/smash the avocado with the spoon.
  2. Add tomatoes & chilli, stir to combine.
  3. Add lime juice & stir.
  4. Season to taste.

Serve with tortilla chips, toasted pitas, or spread on top of toasted sourdough.
