- 1 large very ripe avocado
- 1 medium or 2 small ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 fresh birds eye chilli, fined chopped
- freshly squeezed juice from ½ a lime
- salt & pepper to taste
- Halve & de-stone the avocado, then scoop out the flesh from the peel with a spoon into a bowl. Cut/smash the avocado with the spoon.
- Add tomatoes & chilli, stir to combine.
- Add lime juice & stir.
- Season to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips, toasted pitas, or spread on top of toasted sourdough.
